Then come and join our global team as Senior Product Owner Learning Management System (f/m/d) to actively shape the future of digital learning at Siemens Healthineers and further develop a modern, global learning ecosystem landscape for learners around the world.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 35h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You shape the product vision, roadmap, and further development of the future LMS landscape together with the Business Owner and ensure alignment with business objectives and the overarching learning platform strategy.
  • You act as the central interface between business functions, users, IT, implementation partners, and development and configuration teams, fostering shared understanding and transparent decision-making.
  • You are responsible for the Product Backlog, including features, user stories, and change requests, based on business value and user requirements.
  • You coordinate collaboration with project, development, testing, rollout, and operations teams and actively work in an agile environment.
  • You communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and goal achievement to relevant stakeholders in a target-group-oriented manner.
  • You define and track suitable product KPIs to measure user adoption, satisfaction, operational stability, and business value.
  • You are responsible for the economic and user-oriented development of the LMS, considering user journey and administrative efficiency, managing budget and procurement topics, and ensuring stable service operations, including escalation management, together with the team.

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technologies, Digital Transformation, or a comparable field.
    • You bring many years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a comparable role, ideally complemented by knowledge in the field of Business Analysis.
    • You have extensive experience with LMS platforms as well as training or resource management systems, such as Cornerstone, Administrate, or comparable solutions.
    • You have proven experience in complex stakeholder environments and in cross-functional collaboration with business functions, IT, service providers, and international user groups.
    • You have successfully applied agile ways of working; a Product Owner certification or a comparable agile qualification is an advantage.
    • You have successfully translated business requirements into clear features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
    • You ideally bring experience in data migrations, configuration decisions, system implementations, rollouts, or operational transitions of enterprise platforms.

      • You impress with a strong hands-on mentality and drive topics forward with commitment, even in complex or changing environments.
      • You know how to inspire people around common goals and successfully coordinate teams without formal disciplinary authority.
      • You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills and interact confidently across different organizational levels.
      • You have excellent written and spoken English skills, while German language skills are an advantage.
      • You balance different interests, resolve conflicts constructively, and facilitate timely decisions through appropriate escalation paths where required.
      • You are resilient, stress-resistant, and able to deliver results in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
      • You enjoy working in international and multicultural teams and foster trusted collaboration across locations and countries.
