Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the HR internal control system.
- You coordinate and perform activities related to Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) for HR-relevant processes.
- You develop, document, and optimize control designs to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- You monitor the effectiveness of established controls, analyze control deficiencies, and drive appropriate remediation and improvement measures.
- You support control monitoring activities and prepare evidence and documentation for internal and external audits.
- You are responsible for the oversight of cybersecurity controls within the HR function and work closely with Cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders.
- You advise process owners on governance, risk, and compliance requirements and promote the standardization of processes and controls.
- You prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials for senior leadership and relevant governance committees.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a master’s degree in business administration, Business Information Systems, Business Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a comparable field of study.
- You have several years of professional experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, Risk Management, or Governance.
- You have profound experience with Internal Control Systems (ICS), ICFR-/SOX-related requirements, or audit processes.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and their associated risk and control requirements is an advantage.
- You have proven experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- We also welcome applications from candidates with a bachelor’s degree combined with additional relevant professional experience in this field.
