Global EHS Management System Audit and Digitalization Manager (f/m/d)

Then come and join our global team as Global EHS Management System Audit and Digitalization Manager (f/m/d), to coordinate internal and external management system audits, align stakeholders across regions and businesses, and ensure consistent, high‑quality audit outcomes that support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will act as the single point of coordination for the global EHS MS audit program—connecting sites, EHS professionals, auditors, and certification bodies.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position can also be located in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia and Tuerkiye.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to manage the global EHS Management System internal audit program, including risk-based audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions and ensuring alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Siemens Healthineers EHS requirements
- In coordination with the Global EHS Management System Lead you will interface to external certification bodies, coordinating global audit schedules, scope, documentation, and stakeholder readiness.
- You will be collaborating with Global EHS Management System Lead to drive digital transformation of the EHS Management System, including audit management, document management, KPI monitoring, and reporting
- You will support the development and rollout of AI enabled EHS tools (e.g., incident and hazard reporting, root-cause analysis, risk assessments, audits, dashboards) to improve transparency, speed, and decision quality
- You will define EHS data models, standards, and KPIs to achieve data quality, traceability, and meaningful leadership reporting
- You will develop and deliver Siemens Healthineers EHS Management System training concepts for EHS managers, auditors, and key users (train the trainer approach)
- You will lead selected internal audits, including structured interviews and on‑site assessments; facilitate audit closing meetings with senior stakeholders by translating findings into clear management conclusions.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in engineering, life sciences, safety, or comparable discipline
- You have many years of professional experience in EHS management within international matrix organizations
- You have proven experience with certified management systems, particularly ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (ISO 50001 and ISO 9001 are an advantage)
- You have solid internal and external audit experience, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
- You have ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification; additional certifications (e.g. NEBOSH) are an advantage
- You have a strong understanding of EHS legal and regulatory requirements
- You have experience with EHS platforms, audit and CAPA tools, KPI reporting, and management system digitalization
- You have demonstrated experience leveraging digital tools, automation, and AI supported solutions to improve audit effectiveness and management system performance

- You are confident in influencing across organizational boundaries and resolving conflicts constructively
- You are willing to travel internationally as required (approximately 30%)
