Job Description – Regional Manager – West

Mission/ Position Headline:

Defines and ensures implementation of sales strategy, manages sales team, customer expectations and delivery of yearly Financial Targets.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Drives and monitors targeted Customer development programs. Lead and prepare Customer specific strategies.

2. Ensures coordination with other sales verticals for better customer management.

3. Will own the team sales target and coordinate with other business verticals to achieve their regional Quarterly target numbers

4. Implement GTM that provides for optimized coverage.

5. Enhance and selling competencies of Team.

6. To take care of 6 states - Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Dimension of Function/Volume:

1. Business volume of defined Business Areas. (~ EUR 10Mn)

2. Deliver agreed Profitability

1. All Business Area and Business line heads, Legal, Compliance

2. HR External – CXO’s of top institutes, hospitals and diagnostics centres, KOL’s
