Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of Customer and Commercial Excellence, to lead global initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience and optimizing commercial processes within our service organization. This strategic role combines leadership, innovation, and operational excellence to ensure that our service offerings deliver maximum customer value while driving sustainable growth.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You manage the global Voice-of-Customer program (Echo360) and implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
  • You transform customer feedback into actionable strategies to optimize customer experience, coordinate worldwide customer validation activities, and establish related best practices.
  • You develop modern pricing models (including value-based pricing) for service offerings and use CRM and CPQ data to make sales and service processes more efficient.
  • You lead and develop an international team of more than 10 employees.
  • You work closely with regional teams, marketing, and finance on integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • You advise senior management on customer and commercial excellence matters, drive digital enablement and automation projects, and continuously optimize processes.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • You have many years of professional experience in commercial excellence, customer experience, or service management, ideally in healthcare or the technology sector.
  • You have proven experience leading global teams and managing transformation projects.
  • You possess a solid understanding of voice-of-customer programs, service portfolio management, and pricing strategies, and are experienced in value-based pricing, CRM and CPQ systems, as well as service business models.
  • Ideally, you have experience with digital transformation projects and hybrid customer engagement models.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of customer validation processes.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are proficient in common MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Furthermore, you have business fluent English skills, which you confidently apply in both written and oral communication. German skills are an advantage.
  • You are characterized by strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • With enthusiasm and commitment, you get things moving and lead projects to success. Your sense of responsibility and dedication complete your profile.
