We offer you a flexible and dynamic environment with opportunities to go beyond your comfort zone in order to grow personally and professionally. Sounds interesting?

Then come and join our global team as Total Rewards Process & Transformation Manager (m/f/d) to support the optimization, digitalization, and standardization of our Total Rewards operations.

This role will be responsible for reviewing, harmonizing, and documenting end-to-end Total Rewards processes (including compensation, benefits, and related operations) to enable scalability, automation, and transition into an HR Shared Services model.

The position combines strategic process design with hands-on implementation and requires close collaboration with Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR IT, and broader HR stakeholders.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will act as a strategic mediator between Total Rewards CoEs, HR IT, HR Operations, and external providers to align business requirements, workflows, technology capabilities and service delivery.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and assessing existing Total Rewards policies, practices and processes globally across regions and programs.
  • You will identify and drive opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • You will lead the implementation of optimized and scalable processes in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • You coordinate and govern the integration of Total Rewards systems, processes and data within the broader HR technology ecosystem.
  • You will leverage HR systems and digital tools to enable efficient, scalable, and user-friendly process execution.
  • You will explore and apply automation, data-driven, and AI-supported solutions to enhance process efficiency and employee experience.
  • You will lead the operational readiness, process standardization, knowledge transfer and stakeholder alignment activities required for successful transition of Total Rewards processes into HR Shared Services and external service delivery models.
  • You will ensure proper documentation, controls, and compliance standards are established and maintained.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • You have many years of experience in Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Transformation, or HR Technology-related roles.
  • You have proven experience in process mapping, standardization, and documentation.
  • You have profound experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, or similar) and are familiar with digital workflows or process automation.
  • You have a data-driven mindset and initial exposure to analytics and/or AI-enabled tools in HR.
  • You have in depth experience with HR Shared Services models or service delivery transformations; this is a strong plus.

    Your attributes and skills:

    • You have fluent English language skills (verbal & written); German is a plus.
    • You are able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
    • You have strong project management and communication skills in a global environment.

Depending on the experience and qualifications background of the applicant, task enrichment into the area above the general pay scale is possible.
