Role Purpose
Leadership role with strong regional responsibility (Asia Pacific Japan), combining strategic governance (20%) with hands-on delivery (80%) of complex capital construction projects across the region with heavy focus on India.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and governance for large-scale real estate construction projects, ensuring alignment with global standards, policies, cost frameworks, HSE, quality, and sustainability requirements.
End-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction and fit-out projects, from early concept through realization and handover.
Act as a senior orchestration role between global stakeholders, regional business units, external consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Ensure cost, schedule, quality, and HSE compliance, including proactive management of scope changes, risks, and commercial impacts.
Drive project controls: budgeting, forecasting, business case reviews, performance tracking, and transparent reporting to senior management.
Steer and challenge external partners and consultants to safeguard design integrity, value for money, and schedule discipline.
Define and enforce global frameworks, standards, and best practices for construction delivery and project management.
Represent the project owner at senior level in negotiations, approvals, and steering topics
Ensure user and operational requirements are clearly translated into project scope and implemented sustainably for long-term operations.

Experience 
15-20 years of experience preferably from large construction & development industry
