Then come and join our global team as Junior Project Procurement Manager (f/m/d) to actively support international project procurement, help shape global procurement standards, and contribute to the success of our national and international Enterprise Services projects.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You support Project Procurement Managers and Procurement Experts in the regions as a central point of contact and contribute to successful collaboration with Strategic Procurement at ES HQ.
  • You contribute to ES-related procurement activities and help ensure compliance with global procurement processes, policies, and standards.
  • You organize and conduct training sessions for ES country procurement organizations.
  • You prepare and maintain reports, KPIs, and analyses, such as CNI and PVO reporting, and support the tracking of relevant procurement KPIs.
  • You contribute to the analysis of purchasing volumes, demands, market trends, and supplier capabilities and contribute to identifying improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • You help regional procurement teams with information on ongoing and upcoming projects, thereby promoting early procurement involvement in strategically relevant initiatives.
  • You prepare supplier negotiations and contract-related topics for ES projects, conduct them within your defined area of responsibility, and support country organizations when required.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • You bring initial experience in strategic procurement or a comparable environment.
  • We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree or completed vocational education and training combined with additional professional experience in this field.
  • You are familiar with supplier, contract, and procurement management as well as international procurement processes.
  • You have an interest in market analysis, procurement strategies, and the optimization of procurement processes and possess a good understanding of business and economic relationships.
  • You are familiar with data analysis and deriving well-founded recommendations for action based on market and demand developments.
  • You are experienced in reporting and data management, including advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, data analysis, and reporting).
  • Ideally, you already have good knowledge of SAP as well as reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
