Then come and join our global team as Global Mobility Vendor Management Professional (f/m/d), to to join our Center of Excellence and oversee the operational management, governance and optimization of third-party providers supporting international workforce services. The role combines direct vendor ownership for selected service lines (i.e. Relocation, moving, destination services, etc.) with operational vendor governance for services led by Global Subject Matter experts (i.e. Tax, Immigration, Social Security, etc.).
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Preferred locations for this position are Germany, Portugal and Poland. Other EMEA based applications may be considered.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You ensure consistent governance standards across the vendor portfolio
- You manage the day-to-day relationships with assigned service providers to ensure service delivery aligns with business requirements.
- You act as the primary business owner for selected provider categories (e.g., relocation, moving, destination services).
- You define and monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations through SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and lead regular operational reviews and performance discussions.
- You act as the escalation point for vendor-related service matters and drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- You drive vendor rationalization and consolidation initiatives to simplify the supplier landscape leveraging opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the employee experience.
- You support contract implementation and ensure contractual commitments are operationalized including set-up of billing structures, purchase order processes, cost allocations and invoice validation.
- You improve financial transparency across mobility portfolio.
- You partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders on vendor performance, invoice accuracy, renewals, and sourcing decisions.
- You support compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and continuity of vendor services during periods of change.
- You identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes, governance frameworks, reporting and service delivery.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- You have several years of experience in vendor management, HR operations, shared services, global mobility, or professional services.
- We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree combined with additional professional experience in this field.
- You have proven experience managing outsourced service providers in a complex, global environment.
- You have a profound understanding of service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, governance, and performance management.
- You have experience in working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Risk, or Compliance teams
- Do you have extensive professional experience and additional qualifications in this field, but no university degree? We would still be very pleased to receive your application.

- You have fluent English language skills (verbal & written); German is a plus.
- You have profound analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- You have the ability to balance operational detail with strategic oversight and continuous improvement.
