Then come and join our global team as Clinical Solutions Sales Lead (f/m/d) Neurovascular Care to lead the Go-to-Market and commercial strategy for Neurovascular Care (NVC) across business lines.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You collaborate with regional zone and business area sales teams to develop targeted strategies that drive growth in the Neurovascular Care (NVC) field, acting as a strategic sales leader and key partner within the sales organization.
  • You take ownership of the NVC lighthouse project pipeline, ensuring its quality and continuous development together with clinical ambassadors, regional teams, HQ sales, and relevant stakeholders.
  • You define and implement an overarching Go-to-Market strategy for Neurovascular Care, aligned with strategic targets, and ensure strong collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • You design innovative offering packages along clinical pathways in collaboration with business units, Enterprise Services, and Customer Service, and explore new business models, particularly for digital solutions.
  • You continuously analyze market trends, reimbursement structures, and clinical developments to identify new growth opportunities in the neurovascular space.
  • You establish and manage effective processes to integrate Go-to-Market inputs, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accurate reporting.
  • You foster a culture of knowledge sharing by promoting best practices, unique selling points (USPs), and standardized tender content.
  • You build international cross-modality reference sites in key markets in close collaboration with the regions.
  • You design and deliver training, workshops, and bootcamps, while identifying and addressing support needs.
  • You strengthen customer focus through regular engagement, including customer visits, clinical pathway presentations, participation in clinical societies, and customer-focused events.
  • You report on Go-to-Market progress and commercial achievements to senior management.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in business administration, economics, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring many years of extensive sales experience within the healthcare industry.
  • You have several years of experience working in cross-functional, matrix-driven environments across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • You have experience in customer-centric market analysis; knowledge of business model development is a plus.
  • You possess strong clinical expertise in the neurovascular field.
  • You have a proven track record in strategic sales and market access.
  • You can understand and clearly communicate clinical workflows and treatment pathways.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are fluent in English and confident working in an international environment.
  • You are results-driven, proactive, and take ownership, while contributing to a collaborative “win together” mindset.
  • You are willing to travel internationally (up to 50%) with flexibility.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
