Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You lead and develop a team of Business Managers, Sales Enablement Managers, and Customer Visit Managers with a strong focus on growth and operational excellence.
- You ensure the achievement of business objectives and shape forward-looking sales strategies together with the zones.
- You drive the definition and implementation of strategic sales initiatives in close collaboration with Business Development and relevant interfaces.
- You steer operational topics such as pricing strategies, escalation management, and value-based business development within the sales organization to ensure a profitable business model.
- You create and manage meaningful business reports, forecasts, and project reviews.
- You collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to achieve overarching company goals.
- You are responsible for the design and implementation of sales enablement and training formats, as well as the continuous development of team competencies and mindset.
- You ensure compliance with processes, policies, and governance requirements while fostering a collaborative culture.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in business administration, medical technology, clinical sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring long-term international professional experience, with a proven track record of working successfully across diverse cultures, markets, and business practices in complex global organizations.
- In addition, you have several years of sales experience within the MedTech industry, ideally with a focus on Healthcare IT, including strategic market development, key account management, and the successful positioning of innovative solutions.
- You demonstrate proven experience in leading and developing international teams, driving them toward sustainable business success by combining strong leadership with a clear focus on performance and growth.
- You are highly internationally mobile and willing to travel (approx. 30%).
