We are looking for a experienced Project Management Officer who will take over the project management support cross different projects and ensure smooth communication and alignment with peer groups.

As a Project Management Officer you will be responsible for:

  • The role is responsible for implementing and maintaining Project Management (PM) and Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines, processes, and standards within the assigned functional organization.
  • The position ensures full compliance with established PM policies, methodologies, and governance frameworks. It actively supports the planning and optimization of project resources by coordinating and deciding on upcoming resource demands to ensure efficient staff utilization across projects.
  • The role contributes to contractual and commercial matters by preparing and supporting engagements with external parties, including vendors and clients. It continuously evaluates the project management operating environment and drives improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of PM operations.
  • A key responsibility is fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing and clarifying organizational and process-related issues. Depending on assignment, the role may oversee specific PMO-related activities and initiatives; however, it does not include formal people management or team leadership responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience with PMO or similar role
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge or previous experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Experiences with Resource Management
  • Experiences with Issue & Project Tracking Tools (JIRA, Trello, …)
  • Advanced English skills (B2)

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1800 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
