Then come and join our global team as Cash & Asset Management Consultant / Process Mining Order to Cash (f/m/d) to drive global improvements in order-to-cash (OTC) and operating working capital (OWC) with a tangible business impact.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for and lead global projects aimed at improving cash and asset management, order-to-cash, and selected supply chain processes.
- You design and facilitate transformation workshops on OTC and OWC to identify business and financial potential and translate it into concrete improvements.
- You act as a trusted business partner for regions and countries, managing and improving OWC performance using clear KPIs.
- You prepare, lead, and ensure follow-up for structured performance and insight sessions—to ensure transparency and measurable progress.
- You drive the further development and practical application of process mining and translate data into clear insights and actionable measures that can be implemented immediately.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field - ideally with a focus on finance.
- You have many years of professional experience in financial consulting or in an in-house finance role with a focus on cash management, asset management, and OTC.
- You have a strong understanding of IT systems and digital solutions; experience with process mining is a clear advantage.
- You have proven experience leading global and cross-functional projects.
- You have experience translating strategy into action and improving business processes and financial performance.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of other languages - especially German - is a plus.
- You are willing to spend 10% of your working hours traveling for business.
- You are known for your structured and pragmatic approach to work, combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You have the ability to motivate and guide people even without formal authority to issue instructions.
- You possess clear and confident communication and presentation skills and you are able to convey complex financial matters clearly, in a structured manner, and persuasively, as well as to confidently facilitate meetings.
