Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You develop, coordinate, and lead strategic projects within the central strategy team of the Advanced Therapies (AT) business unit.
  • Your projects cover a broad range of topics across our clinical segments and functions (e.g., Portfolio Management, SCM, Quality, Finance), as well as other business units or our regions/markets.
  • You coordinate sustainability activities within AT and serve as the interface to central functions and initiatives of Siemens Healthineers.
  • You support the consolidation of the individual clinical segment strategies into an overall strategy for AT, the annual strategy review, and the presentation of our strategy to the capital market.
  • You play a key role in the process of defining and implementing our objectives based on AT’s strategic priorities (Hoshin Kanri).
  • You create high‑quality and impactful presentations for AT management, the Managing Board, or the Supervisory Board.
  • In addition, you support initiatives for the continuous improvement and development of strategic project work (Project Excellence), for example by using new tools or technologies.
  • You serve as a key contact for the AT management team in strategic decision‑making processes.

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have completed a degree in business, medicine/healthcare, or IT/technology with strong academic results; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, M.D.) is a plus.
  • You bring many years of solid professional experience in project management and execution of strategic topics. Ideally, you gained this experience in a leading management consulting firm or a comparable strategic corporate function.
  • You have experience in coordinating activities within matrix organizations in an international environment and possess functional leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience in the MedTech industry, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of the therapy markets in AT’s focus areas (Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Surgery) are an advantage.

  • You have business‑fluent German and English skills, enabling you to succeed in our international environment.
  • You bring excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • As a team player, you inspire and motivate various stakeholders for your activities.
