Then come and join our global team as XP Application Product Manager (f/m/d) to deliver best possible trainings to our customers and actively be involved in the product development process.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In this role you are responsible to develop our global education services strategy and internal documentation for new and current X-Ray products.
- You conduct on-site/remote customer trainings for X-Ray applications. Prior to the Customer User Test, you organize as well as deliver the internal training to our Application Specialists community. Additionally, you will train customers during the Customer User Test phase as part of our product development process.
- On request you support with congress demonstration and may deliver customer demonstrations in the Siemens Healthineers Experience Center, remotely, or at reference sites/customer sites.
- You are participating in the development of e-learnings (e.g. clinical scripting, media recording). In addition, you develop training materials and deliver trainings in our Training Center.
- You are closely working together with our Business Lines Product Management Team (in the areas of “research and development” and “marketing”), which means you are actively involved in the development process of new products. You add value by sharing your experience and feedback collected in various training sessions which might lead to product improvements.
- You are actively supporting the product development process, if requested.
- You are our internal expert within the Services organization for research prototypes.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a completed Master’s degree in medical technology or similar.
- You have several years of substantial clinical experience and extensive experience in the field of application/handling of X-Ray products.
- You bring experience in collaborating with customers from various areas, e.g. Sales.
- Staying abreast of the latest research topics and state of the art imaging performance is not only essential for this position but also your very own aspiration.
Your attributes and skills:
- In this role, you are working in an international environment. To connect all stakeholder and drive your topics, your English skills are fluent; if you bring in further language skills such as German, French, Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese, this is a clear advantage.
- Business trips (up to 40%) are a welcome change for you since you are working on customer sites etc.
- You have exceptional communication skills: You find it easy to understand customer needs and you have passion for handing over your knowledge in a structured way. Therefore, sound presentation skills (even in the field of sales presentations) are rounding up your profile.
