Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Clinical Marketing Strategy
You develop and execute clinical marketing strategies for our stroke care solutions across the entire Siemens Healthineers portfolio. You define clinical value propositions aligned with the acute stroke pathway, imaging protocols, latest trends, and customer needs. With your evidence-based approach, you position our solutions clearly within a competitive landscape. - Messaging & Content Development
You translate complex clinical and imaging concepts across the entire pathway into clear, impactful messaging for diverse audiences. You develop a wide range of clinical marketing materials - including brochures, presentations, case studies, white papers, and digital content – that reflect the full breadth of our portfolio. - Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence
You bring the clinical perspective into product launches. This includes crafting value stories, clinical proof points, and launch tools. Working closely with Product Management in the relevant Business Lines and Sales, you help shape and execute successful launch plans. You ensure that marketing messages, clinical evidence, and regulatory claims are always aligned. - Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
You support customer-facing activities including site visits and congresses. By engaging with stroke centers, neurologists, radiologists, and emergency teams, you gather voice-of-customer insights. You also contribute to building reference sites and fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders. - Market & Competitive Intelligence
You stay informed about trends in stroke care, clinical guidelines, and innovations in imaging. You analyze competitive offerings and refine our positioning and messaging accordingly. You identify unmet clinical needs and help translate them into future product and marketing strategies. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
You collaborate closely with colleagues in Medical Affairs, Product Management, Global Marketing, and Regulatory. By partnering with regional teams, you adapt global strategies to meet local market needs. You ensure consistent and compliant clinical messaging across all regions.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
- You have many years of professional experience in Clinical Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles within the MedTech environment. Experience in medical imaging, stroke care, neurovascular solutions, or AI-driven diagnostics is strongly preferred.
- You bring a clinical background or strong experience in stroke care, neurology, neuroradiology, or emergency medicine - ideally with hands‑on exposure to acute stroke workflows.
- You have a strong understanding of acute stroke workflows and the imaging-based decision-making that guides treatment pathways.
- You have a strong record of contributing to successful product launches and commercial execution.

- You are able to turn clinical and multimodality data into compelling marketing narratives.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and you know how to use storytelling to make complex concepts relatable and memorable. You are fluent in English and can adapt your communication style according to audience.
- You work effectively across functions, combining drive with solid project‑management skills, and keeping initiatives moving with clarity and structure.
- You bring a customer‑centric mindset and strong analytical skills, enabling you to translate clinical needs and data into actionable marketing guidance.
