Technical IT Operations Professional
Join our global team and contribute to the development of internal engineering tools and plugins to enable efficient, traceable, and compliant software development processes across multiple projects.
As a Technical IT Operations Professional, you will focus on building and maintaining custom tools, plugins, and automation solutions in environments such as Azure DevOps and JAMA Connect.
These solutions are critical for ensuring end-to-end traceability, seamless integration of requirements, development, and testing workflows, and compliance with standards required for medical device software.
In addition, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of demo environments across multiple business lines, typically deployed in virtualized environments, ensuring that product features, integrations, and workflows can be demonstrated consistently and reliably.
You will become part of a growing department that drives engineering excellence through automation, standardization, and innovation, and supports multiple development teams by delivering scalable internal platforms and tooling ecosystems.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom tools, scripts, and extensions that support software development lifecycle processes (e.g. .NET console applications, Azure DevOps extensions based on TypeScript/React, Python automation scripts)
Develop integrations between systems such as JAMA Connect and Azure DevOps to ensure synchronization of requirements and work items, automated transfer of test results, consistency of engineering data across tools
Implement automation pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
(e.g., test result synchronization, automated bug generation, packaging pipelines)
Maintain and enhance JAMA templates and reporting structures
(e.g., Apache Velocity templates, Word/Excel export configurations)
Install, configure, and maintain virtual demo environments for multiple product lines
(e.g., preparation of VM templates, environment replication, configuration of dependent services and integrations)
Your qualifications and experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, scripting, development of extensions)
Working knowledge of scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, YAML)
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V or similar platforms)
Superior verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivity
Critical thinking and analysis skills with respect to varying customer and business processes and requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1900 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
