Based in Madrid, the Logistics Specialist for Order Fulfillment and Returns plays a key role in the operational backbone of Customer Services Managed Logistics (CS ML) within the OPC setup. This position directly supports the countries in managing and coordinating service part logistics processes - from order entry to delivery and returns - ensuring transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role is central to achieving CS ML’s mission: delivering the right part, to the right place, at the right time.

Your tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Operational Execution: Handle and monitor service part orders for all Healthineers-In vivo business lines within the region, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery, including management of corresponding returns. 
  • Central Point of Contact: Act as the main operational interface for assigned, country service organizations, OEM partners, and customers on all topics related to service part logistics. 
  • Order Management: Perform order entry and verification, including logistical and commercial checks, while ensuring compliance with country-specific and customer-specific requirements. 
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues preventing order dispatch, coordinating escalations with internal and external partners to secure timely delivery. 
  • Compliance & Standards: Execute and monitor orders in accordance with internal regulations, quality standards, and applicable legal requirements. • Process Support & Improvement: Contribute to internal logistics initiatives and country-specific clarifications. Support harmonization and optimization of order fulfillment and return processes. • Country support on local Logistics: Spain customs process, radioactive sources, domestic transportations.

Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a sales or service organization, ideally in Order Fulfillment or Customer Service Logistics.
  • Deep understanding of transportation and shipping processes within an international environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Office 365, and experience with logistics-relevant MRP systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams and management levels.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and proactive problem-solving mindset • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Your Profile and Skills 
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory); additional European languages are highly beneficial for cross-country collaboration.
  • Team-oriented, structured, and hands-on approach to daily operations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in driving tasks independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on quality and efficiency. 
  • High degree of customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
