Then come and join our global team as IT System Engineer (m/f/d) Remote Support English, German and/or Polish to support our international customers in the radiology department of a hospital with their IT infrastructure.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position can be filled in Erlangen, Germany or Warzaw, Poland.



Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will provide international remote IT support for the clinical imaging software of several Siemens Healthineers departments to provide a fast and high-quality support for the customer; based in Erlangen, Germany or Warzaw, Poland.
  • You will work efficiently in both a local and a virtual support team being responsible for Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), within normal business hours as well as in stand-by.
  • You coordinate and organize activities (incl. updates and upgrades) within the scope of support, with internal and external partners, in order to ensure clinical operation for customers.
  • You configure, maintain and implement IT interfaces to other systems in a customer environment.

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have successfully completed your bachelor degree in the field of electronics engineering, computer science or similar, with strong focus on IT.
  • You have first experience (first employment, working student, internship) in customer IT support.
  • You do not have a degree? We also welcome applicants with vocational training in combination with additional qualifications and many years of professional experience in this field.
  • You have basic knowledge of virtualized IT systems, databases, server OS (MS Windows and Linux), networking and server hardware.
  • You have experience in the ITIL process with regards to Incident- and Change-Management.

  • You have the ability to maintain an overview of the various support enquiries and set corresponding priorities.
  • You support our English, German and Polish speaking customers, therefore your English and German skills need to be very fluent. Business Confidence in Polish to interact with local colleagues and customers will greatly benefit your application.
