Job Description
Mission/
Position Headline:
Develops and / or ensures the implementation of product (group) related 
marketing strategies, product pricing, positioning, programs and 
campaigns, to drive product demand in assigned organizational unit(s).
Areas of 
Responsibilty:
• Develops and / or ensures implementation of product related 
marketing strategies to drive product demand in assigned 
organizational units. 
• Develops and implements a unit-wide marketing plan and 
cooperates with all involved departments to ensure execution.
• Defines and allocates product marketing budgets and resources 
and constantly controls and monitors budget adherence.
• Develops a forward-looking business strategy and product 
marketing plan and sets and monitors respective targets.
• Plans, coordinates and oversees progress and achievements for 
outbound marketing activities agreed for assigned products. 
• Develops product marketing requirements, defines & establish 
product pricing, product messaging and positioning for assigned 
organizational Units. 
• Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or

coordinates dedicated management and staff.
• Manages marketshare data and analytics for the respective 
division. Provides key data related to market to be used during on 
going discussions with Global team and during MTA process.

Experience
About 15 years of experience in Product and Sales Function. Preferably having experience of P&L 
responsibility and leading a team of high performing individuals
Education & Training
Graduate in Science Preferrebly with MBA marketing . 
B.E/B.Tech (Biomedical/Electronics Preferred), MBBS
Additions/Comments
Should have expert product / domain knowledge in IVD industry to lead and strategize 
diagnostics products
