Apply now for Operations & Integrations Manager role and you will be responsible to oversee daily operations ITD team. Associated customer systems including RIS, PACS, VNA, modality integrations, and imaging workflows.

Your Role:

1. Digital Operations & Systems Management
  • You will be responsible to ensure system uptime, performance monitoring, and timely resolution of operational incidents.
  • You will be responsible to work collaboratively with vendors, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and clinical departments to maintain a stable and secure digital ecosystem.
  • You will be responsible to lead system upgrades, patches, and controlled changes under established governance processes.
2. RIS / PACS Domain Knowledge
  • You will be responsible to apply prior RIS/PACS administrative experience to understand customer needs, workflow challenges, and operational expectations.
  • You will be responsible to translate clinical requirements into system configurations, workflow adjustments, or improvement plans.
  • You will be responsible to provide expert guidance during troubleshooting, vendor discussions, and workflow optimization efforts.
  • You will be responsible ensure the integrity of imaging workflows from order creation to report distribution.
3. Leadership of CSE Team
  • You will be responsible to manage and develop the CSE team, ensuring strong technical competency and effective service delivery.
  • You will be responsible to oversee workload distribution, resource planning, and 24/7 support readiness.
  • You will be responsible to establish and enforce operational standards, SOPs, and escalation workflows.
  • You will be responsible to monitor performance indicators and maintain a culture of accountability and service excellence.
4. Project Implementation & Delivery
  • You will be responsible to lead digital system implementation projects including RIS/PACS upgrades, new deployments, system integrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • You will be responsible to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible to drive cross-functional collaboration across clinical, IT, and vendor teams.
  • You will be responsible to oversee testing cycles, training plans, risk management, and go-live activities.
  • You will be responsible to provide clear reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes to management and steering committees.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • You will be responsible to serve as the primary contact point for radiology, clinical operations, IT teams, and vendors.
  • You will be responsible to manage vendor SLAs, maintenance schedules, escalations, and service contracts.
  • You will be responsible to participate in procurement and evaluation of new systems or enhancement proposals.
6. Data Governance & Compliance
  • You will be responsible to ensure adherence to cybersecurity requirements, data privacy regulations, and audit standards.
  • You will be responsible to maintain documentation covering workflows, system setups, integration specifications, and SOPs.
  • You will be responsible to lead or support incident investigations and root-cause analysis activities.
Qualifications, experience, and skills:

Essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related discipline.
  • You have prior RIS/PACS administration experience (3–5 years) sufficient to understand imaging workflows, customer requirements, and technical dependencies.
  • You have proven experience leading system implementation or digital transformation projects.
  • You have experience managing technical support teams (CSE or equivalent).
  • You have strong understanding of DICOM, HL7, IHE workflows, and imaging modality integration.
  • You have good knowledge of IT infrastructure such as servers, storage, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
  • You have strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred
  • You have experience in a healthcare or imaging environment.
  • You have vendor certifications for imaging solutions (e.g., Agfa, GE, Philips, FujiFilm, Infinitt, Sectra).
  • You have ITIL, PMP, or related project management certification.
