The Customer Service Engineer (CSE) is the primary contact for Siemens Healthineers Atellica Solution and Immulite 2000, customer service and repair needs ensuring that our customers’ equipment always operates efficiently. The CSE is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, upgrading and performing preventative maintenance on all designated SHS Atellica and Immulite 2000 equipment according to instructions and company guidelines. 

In this CSE position, we are looking for a jobholder to be home based in or near Moscow, with frequent travel within the area. 

Responsibilities:
  • Installation and commissioning, as well as maintenance, repair, and modification of laboratory equipment.
  • Consulting with our customer’s technical personnel on matters related to the company's products.
  • Supporting related departments on product technical features.
  • Timely and accurate documentation, promptly submitting reports and documents in the prescribed format and within the established deadlines.
  • Strict adherence to basic health and safety regulations and rules when working on-site.
  • Careful use of assigned tools, instruments, and equipment.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
 
Requirements:
  • Higher technical education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in laboratory equipment maintenance.
  • Intermediate or higher English language skills.
  • Experienced PC user.
  • Responsible, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Sociability, creativity, and stress tolerance.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Category B driver's license.
