Your role:

• Support legal and compliance activities across the business
• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of corporate documents
• Help prepare tender documentation and ensure timely submissions
• Conduct initial contract reviews and support negotiations
• Assist the Compliance Officer with monitoring implemented compliance standards and risk management processes
• Track regulatory improvements/ changes and promptly inform the Compliance Officer of relevant changes
• Perform legal research to support ongoing projects and strategic decisions
• Contribute to data protection and GDPR compliance initiatives

Your expertise/ skills:

• Law graduate (or currently completing legal qualification)
• Interest in commercial law, compliance, and corporate governance
• High attention to detail and proactive work ethic
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English & Greek language, written and spoken
