Then come in and join us as the Key Account Sales Manager - Public Sector to be responsible for developing the sales management for the Government Lead Hospitals under direct responsibility of Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Education. The successful candidate will be accountable for lead generation for all types of sales opportunities, market penetration and customer relationships.

 
Your Role:

  • You will generate knowledge of the customer's specific strategy and as well as its political and business environment. ​
  • You will analyse customer's markets, position and needs and investigate specific business opportunities for customer related product and service portfolio.       
  • ​You will define and implement account business plans (3 to 5 years).  ​
  • You will prepare customer contacts, build and maintain a sound customer focused network, on all relevant hierarchical levels.  ​
  • You will build value-oriented offers and long-term partnerships.​
  • You will generate client specific products and service portfolio concepts, if suitable across all relevant services of a business.  ​
  • You will initiate, facilitate and contribute to contract negotiations for products, projects and service or solution assignments.  ​
  • You will manage customer complaints as point of escalation, if necessary. 
  • You will develop the Key Opinion Leaders and enhance the Reference Sites.

Your Expertise:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Medical Device Industries.
  • Preference from Imaging Equipment which having good track record and customer relations in Radiologist, Cardiologist, Oncologist, and Nuclear Medicine.
  • Understands and is fluid in the regulatory and legal health care ecosystem in Indonesia.
  • At least a Bachelor Degree of engineering, pharma or management or business graduated from reputable University.
