Then come and join our global team as Customer Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance and repair of advanced medical equipment, ensuring high reliability and customer satisfaction across healthcare institutions in Bulgaria.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • Executive Preventive Maintenance and Safety Inspections according to Siemens Healthineers standards
  • Manage spare parts and service documentation
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction
  • Participate in technical training and certification programs 
  • Comply with Siemens Healthineers quality, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements

Your experience:
  • Experience in troubleshooting, maintanance, repair, or installation of electronic, electromechanical, medical, industrial, or automation equipment
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role is considered an advantage
  • Experience with X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Laboratory, Industrial Automation, or Medical Imaging equipment is considered a strong advantage
Your qualifications:
  • University degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Basic understanding of computer networks and Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills 
  • Willingness to travel throughout Bulgaria and occasionally abroad for training
  • Fluent Bulgarian and good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
