Apply now for the position of Logistics Officer and you will follow up with operations team including clearance activities internal and external stakeholders.
Your Role;
• Follow up with operations team including clearance activities internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate outbound last mile transport and delivery on time to site by following best practices.
• Follow up export of old systems from Egypt to the Factory.
• Follow up for import and export for Demo Systems (Egypt Zone).
• Export for 3rd party for (Egypt zone).
• Identifying nonconformance cost on running projects with controlling team on monthly basis.
• order issuance equipment on SAP, send it to the factory and follow up delivery dates.
• Order issuance for the 3rd party and site preparation on SAP and follow up delivery & suppler invoices once received.
Your Expertise:
• Bachelor Degree in Trade Logistics and International Transport or equivalent/similar with 3 years of experience in Logistics Field.
• SAP experience is a plus)
• Excellent social skills including, team working skills and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient use of software applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative and to improve.
• Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
