Then come and join our Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB as Financial Controller. The Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB is an accounting, controlling, closing & reporting competence center, covering most companies of Siemens Healthineers in Europe. It ensures the correctness of the Financial Statements of over 20 Legal Entities in the following countries: Algeria, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Morocco, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor financial performance of Functions (HR, Legal, IT, AC, etc), provide KPI analysis, prepare and comment on respective performance reports required by the country’s local management or Function Headquarters
  • This includes all financial tasks from forecasting and budgeting, deviation analysis and definition/implementation of corrective measures, contracts management, guide the allocation of the Functions costs, etc.
  • Regular exchange with colleagues in the country’s local teams and in the Headquarters
  • Ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of various reports
  • Technically support the business areas on their planning processes

Your Profile:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Experience of, at least, 2-3 years in Controlling roles
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel is a must) and experience with SAP applications is welcome
  • Strong analytical approach, proactivity, priority management and organization
  • Ability to communicate with different partners and teamwork oriented
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
