The Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and partnering with managers and employees to deliver high-impact HR solutions at Siemens Healthcare Kft, in Hungary. This role spans all core areas of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor and ensure alignment between business objectives and people practices. The position is offered on a part-time basis, ideal for candidates seeking work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute majority of HR operations including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strategical partnering to the management, support managers in people development.
  • Change management activities to support development of managers.
  • Drive quality initiatives and process improvement.
  • Support compensation and benefits processes like merit increase, salary adjustment, bonus payout.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Provide HR support and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.
  • Employee communication regarding HR related topics.
  • Support employee relations issues, ensuring resolution aligns with company values and employment laws. Mediator role in conflict situation.
  • Assist in designing and executing HR programs and initiatives (e.g., engagement, DE&I, wellbeing, health insurance).
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy and updates. Support employees regarding usage of new HR tools.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR strategies and decision making
  • Close cooperation with HR Country Head Hungary (line manager) and with EMEA expert HR team

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
  • 6-8 years of relevant HR experience in a Senior HR generalist position or HRBP position.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Workday System nice to have
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Hungarian language is required
