  • Building open, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a global network

  • Experience in engineering and/or procurement, with exposure to supplier collaboration and cost optimisation
  • Strong understanding of electro‑mechanical components and manufacturing technologies (e.g. sheet metal, machining, casting, mechanical assemblies, cooling systems or composites)
  • Proven capability in cost structure analysis, cost drivers and target costing
  • Familiarity with cost calculation and DFMA tools (such as TcPCM / PerfectProCalc or similar)
  • A structured, analytical approach combined with curiosity and openness to learning new technologies
  • Clear communication, effective presentation skills and the ability to influence through collaboration
  • A proactive, accountable mindset with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis (typically 20%)

What’s on offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • 26 days annual leave, with the option to buy up to 10 days and sell up to 5
  • Up to 10% matched pension contributions
  • BUPA private medical insurance
  • Bonus & Share Save Scheme
  • Free‑to‑use on‑site gym
