Your tasks and responsibilities (but no limited to):

• Prepare project documentation, maintain project logs, and assist in generating status reports.
• Help coordinate and track project tasks and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Attend and take notes during meetings, summarizing action items and follow-up tasks

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are students currently pursuing a degree in Engineering are preferred. All other disciplines’ students with Project Management background are welcome to apply.
• You are familiar with project management (certification(s) in PMP would be an advantage)
• You should possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and especially Microsoft Project.
• You are committed to a full 6-months internship.

Your attributes and skills:

• You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables.
• You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges.
• You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure.
• You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and possess good communication skills.
