Key Responsibilities: 

Negotiation Preparation & Follow-up

  • Create and maintain demand forecast lists for upcoming Yearly-Price-Negotiations
  • Consolidate SCM feedback and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Conduct PVO, PPC and price/quantity development analysis
  • Simulate different pricing scenarios for negotiation preparation
  • Support creation of supplier-specific negotiation slide decks
  • Finalize pricelists, initiate digital signature workflows and perform uploads in SCMStar

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform multi-tool data analysis (QlikView, Excel, Anaplan, PowerBI)
  • Prepare yearly updates for Commodity Strategy Master reporting across several commodities
  • Consolidate demand, price and quantity information for strategic decision-making
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis requests for ongoing negotiations and management reviews

Supplier Management & Sustainability Activities

  • Collect Strategic Supplier Assessments and maintain supplier dossiers
  • Support sustainability tracking: Carbon Web Assessment, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Conduct carbon, resilience, and performance data interviews

Contract & Document Management

  • Review contract versions and identify clause changes (old vs new templates)
  • Prepare contract drafts (MPAs, NDAs, R&D agreements, copper agreements)
  • Manage digital signature workflows and ensure proper archiving
  • Maintain structured document repositories in SharePoint

Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Organize supplier meetings, innovation sessions and internal workshops
  • Arrange rooms, catering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Vendor & Process Management

  • Support Ready-for-Business (R4B) onboarding, including CoC confirmation and data verification
  • Handle NDA coordination and initiate communication with suppliers
  • Support OneSRM processes (catalog approvals, missing document clarifications)
  • Validate invoices and support issue resolution

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a procurement or strategic sourcing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP or procurement-related systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and German would be an added advantage
  • Structured, reliable and proactive working style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
