Apply now for the Service Sales Specialist position and play a key role in developing business opportunities by nurturing marketing qualified leads (MQL) into high quality sales qualified leads (SQL) through remote channels (e.g., phone calls, virtual demos, video conferencing, chat, emailing), converting leads to orders, and conducting handover of SQL to Account Executives in specific cases.


Your role:

  • You will develop sales opportunities for EQ and service-specific products.
  • You will achieve business goals for assigned accounts, such as increasing product/solution/service penetration.
  • You will lead the development and execution of account plans to ensure the achievement of business goals and budgets.
  • You will cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • You will assist management in creating sales plans and strategies, developing funnels, forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product/service sales channels.
  • You will develop and execute strategies and tactical plans to maximize installed base retention, competitive conversion, and overall win rate.
  • You will identify target personas, interact with, and qualify customers to meet MQL and SQL criteria.
  • You will interface directly with prospects to qualify potential opportunities, determine optimal system/solution configurations, and generate quotations accordingly.
  • You will validate and qualify leads by following up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and producing Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media).
  • You will foster strong internal relationships and collaboration to support fast and effective value delivery to customers.
  • You will provide oversight and analysis of data in sales tools and dashboards, including CRM, for forecasts and planning.


Your Expertise:

  • Your holding of a bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
  • You have previous sales and CRM experience preferably in healthcare, Medtech, etc.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience.
  • You have professional sales skills (written and oral skills) and a desire to further advance your sales skillset.
  • You have excellent communication skills; are able to build relationships with key decision makers.
  • You have strong organizational skills and proactivity in following-up on leads.
  • You have a resilient attitude, coachability and demonstrated consistency in performance.
  • You have experience in the medical technology space.
  • You are able to determine customer’s values / needs and recommend Siemens Healthineers solutions & services.
  • You have excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • You are able to work in a team environment and performance-based culture.
  • You have advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and Sales Enablement tools, CRM tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud or equivalent is a plus.
  • You are a Philippines native and based off the Mega Manila Area.
