Then come and join our global team as APJ Regional Business Performance Controller to be responsible for controlling and reporting activities for our Ultrasound business in Asia Pacific.
 
Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will focus on controlling & reporting activities (RHQ P&L, Balance Sheet, FTE planning and controlling, SG&A bridges, Sales Reporting, Evaluating cost structures and Revenue Streams) and special / ad-hoc topics 
  • You will collaborate with zones to gather and analyze financial information
  • You will drive the required business analysis and related process for making recommendations to make performance improvements (e.g., reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency)
  • You will develop and implement reporting of key management information (MI) ensuring data integrity and timely communication to the management and key stake holders
  • You will develop performance benchmarks for zones and monitor performance against these
  • You are aware of trends / new digital tools that will enhance overall performance and introduce them within the zone
  • You will support in assessment of market data and trends 
  • You will support in process streamlining and automation

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Successfully completed a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
  • At least 7 years of experience as a financial Performance & Reporting Specialist, or similar 
  • Excellent knowledge of financial concepts and understanding of business finance terms, process, and management
 
Your attributes and skills:
  • You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments of the business
  • You work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions
  • You have experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical, entrepreneurial environment 
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, models, and forecasts 
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • You are very good presentation skills and superb attention to detail
  • You possess good analytical and strategic thinking abilities 
  • You possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (i.e., Excel, Power BI etc.)
  • You have flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities
