IT Application Management Professional

What you’ll do?
IT Application Management:
- Own and manage critical IT applications ensuring they deliver maximum value.
- Lead key processes: Incident, Problem, Access, Change, Release, and Configuration Management.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement and manage budgets effectively.
- Be the escalation hero when challenges arise.
Quality & Compliance Champion:
- Ensure full compliance with legal, internal, and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and act as the go-to expert for audits.
- Safeguard data privacy and uphold IT security standards.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science/engineering and/or Business Management
- 2-5 years of experiences in IT Application Management especially in Incident and Problem Management
- Experience with web-based and cloud applications
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivity
- Critical thinking and analysis skills with respect to varying customer and business processes and requirements as they relate to a larger picture
- Strong teamwork skills
- Structured, proactive, and self-directed work style
- Fluent in English and German
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Experience in Healthcare industry business processes
- Experience in the SCM process area
- Experience in an agile process environment and Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Availability for occasional international business travel
- Project Management Professional certification is a plus
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
