About the Role
Siemens Healthineers Point of Care (POC) is seeking a highly analytical and impact-driven professional to lead strategic growth initiatives across all international markets (outside North America). This role is pivotal in driving growth acceleration, enabling disciplined execution, and scaling best practices across diverse geographies.
The Strategic Planning & growth Lead – International Markets will collaborate closely with local commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, design, and govern initiatives that unlock market potential and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy & Opportunity Identification
Partner with country and regional leaders to identify high-impact growth initiatives aligned with POC strategic priorities and local market opportunities. - Opportunity Analysis & Business Case Development
Conduct structured analysis—including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling—to evaluate initiative viability and impact. - Execution Planning & Governance
Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, establish success metrics, and manage governance to ensure accountability and transparency. - Performance Management & Reporting
Track and assess initiative progress, facilitate structured review discussions, and synthesize learnings for leadership teams. - Knowledge Sharing & Scalability
Capture successful market initiatives and enable knowledge transfer to other international markets to accelerate replication and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 10–15 years in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy roles, ideally with exposure to complex, cross-regional environments. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics is preferred.
- Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a leading institution preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills across cultures and organizational levels.
- Proven ability to translate strategic intent into execution and measurable outcomes.
- Capability to identify and capture quick wins while managing long-term strategic programs.
- Strong digital skills — familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, data analytics, and use of digital tools to enhance commercial impact.
- High learning agility and ability to thrive in a global matrixed environment.
