Role: Product Manager

Location: UK, Europe or North America (UK Llanberis strongly preferred)

Travel: Up to 25%

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the IMMULITE systems portfolio. This role will own the lifecycle planning for IMMULITE systems and software, guiding development and strategic decision-making across the platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in immunoassay system development, ideally with familiarity in Siemens Healthineers processes. They will be a collaborative, strategic leader with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex cross-functional environments. Strong analytical skills and a risk-based decision-making mindset are essential. This role also supports oversight of the immunoassay portfolio, so launch experience and therapy area expertise in allergy, autoimmunity, or inflammation are highly desirable.

Role:

• Develop and oversee the IMMULITE system portfolio roadmap including rationalisation and development
• Provide commercial oversight of system and software development initiatives
• Drive system connectivity strategy
• Collaborate with the Senior Global Portfolio Lifecycle Manager – Assays to lead IMMULITE product health and launch readiness across the portfolio
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Oversee system pricing strategy

Experience Required

• Extensive knowledge and experience of customer needs in the immunoassay space
• Experience of product lifecycle management, including systems
• Proven success in matrix leadership
• Extensive ability to interrogate complex data to make data-based decisions
• Excellent communicator
• Experience in collating and interpreting market and customer insights
• Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset and strong planning skills
• Strong independent work ethic, with ability to drive projects and decisions autonomously

Desirable

• Knowledge of Siemens processes
• Launch experience
• Therapy area expertise in allergy, autoimmunity or inflammation
