We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager - XP to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. This position is responsible for managing the X-Ray product portfolio, providing technical and application support and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams to drive the promotion and continuous enhancement of our X-ray solutions. 


Your Role:
  • You will drive orders, revenue, margin, market share and customer satisfaction for the XP modality and business solutions in Indonesia by leading and supporting the sales of the X-ray product portfolio.
  • You will act as the clinical and technical expert for Siemens Healthineers’ Sales team and customers and provide expertise across all Siemens Healthineers X-ray products.
  • You will collaborate with the West and the Easy Region Sales Teams as well as the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) team to achieve assigned business objectives, including order volume, unit sales, margins, market share and overall sales performance.
  • You will develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to maximize installed base retention, convert competitive opportunities and increase overall win rates.
  • You will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving the growth of Siemens Healthineers X-ray business.
  • You will engage directly with prospects to qualify opportunities, determine optimal system configurations and prepare the quotations.
  • You will create and deliver customized presentations, demonstrations and site visits that address customers’ clinical, operational and financial objectives.
  • You will monitor and share market/ competitive insights with the Sales team to support continuous improvement of market strategies.
  • You will ensure full compliance with company policies, quality standards and business processes. 

 Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiologic Technology, Radiography or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Product or Business Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the Medical Imaging or Healthcare industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of X-ray technologies, including radiography, fluoroscopy and mammography and their clinical applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Solid problem solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
