In doing so, you will communicate with the relevant service partners and generate change tasks for commissioning by Service Operations, as well as other orders.
  • You will monitor updates and upgrades of the relevant products in close cooperation with service project and product managers, as well as other colleagues.
  • You will initiate improvement measures in the relevant committees and coordinate these within your team and the interfaces. You will then implement the measures and monitor their progress.
