Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support global communication activities and take ownership of selected deliverables across newsletters, videos, SharePoint, Viva Engage, presentations, and other internal channels
• You create, edit, and publish clear, engaging content that is tailored to different audiences and aligned with our communication standards
• You work closely with team members and subject matter experts to turn complex business topics into stories people can easily understand
• You support communication for training programs, workshops, learning materials, global events, and transformation initiatives
• You use feedback and engagement metrics to improve content and strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have first practical experience in communication, content creation, marketing, or a similar area is an advantage
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 - especially PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, or video tools is a plus
• Knowledge of change management is a plus but not required

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
• You have strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• You can make complex topics clear, engaging, and easy to understand
• You have a creative, audience-focused mindset and a good eye for quality and detail
• You bring a reliable and well-organized way of working, with the confidence to work independently and ask for input when needed
• You have strong collaboration skills and enjoy working with people across cultures and functions
