• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications or any related field.
• Early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) with exposure to call center operations, customer service, or administrative/secretarial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and manage customer interactions and administrative correspondence.
