Join our team as a Finance Bid Management Specialist!
Your Mission and Responsibilities
Ensure the effective execution and continuous improvement of the bid management process, maintaining high standards of quality, regulatory compliance (internal and external), and efficiency across all stages. This role is responsible for managing bid activities, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids in both public and private sectors, ensuring agility and alignment with commercial teams.
- Assess risks related to the bid process and propose mitigation actions to prevent non-conformities.
- Ensure high-quality bid submissions while meeting competitive response timelines.
- Execute and coordinate the end-to-end bid management process across assigned countries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support process standardization and digitalization initiatives, leveraging data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, proposing actionable improvements to optimize performance.
- Manage approval workflows for non-standard bids, ensuring compliance and proper governance.
- Support decision-making through financial and operational analysis, ensuring alignment with profitability targets.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams and key stakeholders to align bid processes with country-specific strategies.
Your Background and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, profitability evaluation, and risk management.
- Experience with end-to-end processes and continuous improvement practices (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and bid approval processes.
