Roles Responsibilities

• Interact with the customer to assess their monthly demand and confirm the delivery schedule to
customer after discussing with internal stake holder such production, procurement etc.,
• Actively do stakeholder management with interface partners and pass on all the relevant
information in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics
chain.
• Organize the preparedness of delivery in accordance with delivery priorities and agreements for
dispatch, design dispatch plans in the optimum way and meet customer requirements.
• Enter customer orders in the ERP system and determine the delivery dates (technical clarification,
commercial clarification incl. creditworthiness, export control checks, checking delivery dates and
confirmation, order confirmation to the customer) to fulfill the customer order at the requested
date.
• Create or prepare all documents needed for dispatch considering laws and regulations, to ensure
a timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Monitors order related compliance of the delivery dates and quantities to initiate proactive
measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time and to be always capable to provide order
information.
• Maintaining and processing logistics data, to make the flow of goods and values secure and
efficient.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate preferably Masters in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Experience with 5-7 years
• Must have advanced excel skills.
• Must have experience in Logistics environment.
• Must have Export/ import knowledge.
• Expertise within SAP.
• Experience within Healthcare industry is an advantage.
