Join Us as a Commercial Legal Counsel
As Counsel, you are responsible for:
- Staying up to date on and effectively interpret and communicate new and rapidly evolving legal developments, regulations and industry standards.
- Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions, terms of use, FAQs, etc. relating to the design, sale and operation of our software, hardware and service offerings.
- Reviewing promotional and marketing materials for Siemens Healthineers products
- Standardizing processes, templates, and tools to enable scalable delivery
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements to meet business and legal requirements, including highly complex sales agreements, complex collaboration agreements, business associate agreements, confidentiality agreements and request for proposals with a focus on sales contracts for the sale or leasing of linear accelerators and related software and services in the US.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to analyze business, regulatory and legal contract terms while managing legal and regulatory risks.

- Ability to operate as a team player who can effectively work with and manage competing priorities in a fast- paced environment.
- Ability to understand complex issues, assess risk, balance different perspectives, and provide confident and concise business-focused advice and counsel to all levels in the organization globally.
- Works collaboratively with local, regional, and US-based teams.
Requirements to have for the success of this role:
- 6+ years of commercial law experience in law firm or in-house role
- 3 years’ experience negotiating contracts with customers/vendors in the United States
- Highly polished and effective negotiation, communication, listening and drafting skills.
- Excellent research skills
- English fluency - speak, read and write
- Ability and willingness to work 1pm - 9pm Portugal time
