Working Student (f/m/d) New Business & Partnerships - Strategy & M&A

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will play a key role in our selection process for internal and external business opportunities
- You will assist in evaluating ideas, technologies, and business models in line with our strategic direction
- You will help maintain our central database and create meaningful analyses and overviews with a high degree of independence
- You will participate in strategic initiatives and incubation projects and assist in preparing strategy presentations for top management
- Through collaboration with internal departments and external partners, you will gain valuable insights into the diverse work environment at Siemens Healthineers

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently successfully pursuing a degree in economics, industrial engineering, or natural sciences
- You are at the beginning of your master’s program, can support us for at least 8–12 months and have completed your Bachelor's degree with excellent results
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; knowledge of data analysis and the application of AI is a plus
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience (e.g. internship and/or working student jobs) - preferably in management consulting, medical technology, or relevant business areas such as strategy or M&A
Your attributes and skills:
- You have very good English and basis skills in German (written and spoken)
- You work analytically, systematically, and reliably
- You bring methodological expertise and an interest in strategic issues, as well as a strong grasp of numbers
- You stand out with strong communication skills, quick comprehension, and commitment to high standards
- You demonstrate initiative, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
