Apply now for the Senior Logistics Officer position and play a key role in handling warehouse management & operations for WDC warehouse in Singapore.

Your Role:

• You will introduce and maintain the process requirements to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• You will manage performance of warehouse operations in Singapore.
• You will be in charge of cross-functional communications, including training for 3PL and internal stakeholders.
• You will manage daily operations (GRP) and routine master data/table maintenance (SIMORA, etc).
• You will be involved in the coordination and support for all Singapore WDC related processes and topics (customs, transportation, delivery, inventory, etc.)
• You will take charge of performance reporting & analysis for WDC Singapore warehouse.
• You will supervise 3PL operations to drive continuous process and productivity improvement.
• You will act as a driver/supporter for the implementation of relevant projects of HQ or OPC CHN.
• You will fulfil other tasks assigned by your manager.

Your Expertise:

• You have 3 to 5 years’ warehouse management/WMS related experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in supply chain management or third-party logistics.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in logistics/supply chain management.
• You are fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken communications.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to influence others in a matrix environment.
