Apply now for the position of ECC&Logistic Local Professsional. 

The ECC & Logístics Local Professional performs the operational ECC & Logistics local tasks. He/She is part of the ECC community. Her/his functions comprise:

  • Organize and coordinate national customs clearance affairs including communication and information exchange with customs authorities.
  • Check the necessity for licenses (with DAMEX-P or other relevant tools and processes for your country and business) for specific business cases.
  • Support the preparation of reports if general export licenses/license exceptions are used.
  • Prepare requests including supporting documents for individual export licenses, monitoring of valid licenses and fulfillment of license conditions.
  • Support the business by export control activities, e.g. clarification of DAMEX (or other export control tool) user questions.
  • Seek opportunities in reducing customs duties burden (e.g. customs warehouse, FTAs).
  • Coordinate broker management. Clarify whenever needed.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export control, customs, or international logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and local export control regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with export control tools (e.g. DAMEX-P or equivalent).
  • Experience managing export licenses and related documentation.
  • Proven ability to coordinate customs brokers and external providers.
  • Strong communication skills with authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and local language required.
