1Pricing & Billing Integrity

Price Update Management: Ensure all invoices reflect the most current contracted pricing immediately following updates to prevent billing disputes and credit note cycles.
Contract Compliance: Validate that reagent pricing aligns with specific end-user (hospital/lab) tenders and annual maintenance contracts.

2. Supply Chain & Stock Mitigation

Shortage Management: In the event of a stock-out, proactively discuss with the respective Key account manager identify and propose validated alternate products or different pack sizes to ensure the end-user’s diagnostic testing is not interrupted.
Order Tracking: Monitor the "order-to-delivery" lifecycle, providing real-time updates to the sales team if needed to the customer.

3. Forecasting & Analytics

Stock Forecasting: Support the sales team with data relevant to their accounts for aligning with supply chain and marketing for a better forecasting.
MIS & Sales Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports, tracking KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, regional sales performance, and high-moving vs. near-expiry inventory.

4. Stakeholder Coordination
Internal Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics to resolve bottlenecks in back office related things and aligning with the Key 
                            account manager as an when required.

Sales Support: Follow up with internal departments to ensure that "stuck" orders are cleared and prioritized in coordination with other stake holders
                          Helping the sales team with format/ relevant data for undertaking some of the actions discussed in internal meetings.
                          Helping in facilitating monthly sales review meeting with the team.

5 Data Analysis : Helping in data analysis relevant to sales., These data will help the team in formulation of the plan/ DXQB/ assay penetration/ consumables consumption

6 Support in Marketing events : Supporting in raising SPODUM and other back-office related things for undertaking marketing events in PA accounts.
