This customer-facing role positions you as a subject matter expert supporting sales, marketing, and clinical teams. Ideal for an experienced Radiographer or Modality Lead looking to transition into a corporate career.

Your role:

• Develop and deliver marketing materials, customer presentations, and tender responses
• Act as the subject matter expert, educating internal teams and customers on product benefits
• Support sales activities through product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on promotional activities
• Provide expert clinical/application support, including troubleshooting complex issues
• Support new product launches and contribute to product improvement feedback
• Develop case studies, imaging content, and demonstration portfolios
• Collaborate with teams to support tenders, marketing strategies, and clinical adoption
• Mentor and upskill team members while maintaining advanced clinical expertise

About you:

• Degree qualified in medical imaging or similar
• Clinical experience in Cardiology, Interventional, Angiography and Surgery
• Strong knowledge of angiography systems, cardiac catheter labs, and haemodynamic monitoring
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand
