This customer-facing role positions you as a subject matter expert supporting sales, marketing, and clinical teams. Ideal for an experienced Radiographer or Modality Lead looking to transition into a corporate career.
Your role:
- Develop and deliver marketing materials, customer presentations, and tender responses
- Act as the subject matter expert, educating internal teams and customers on product benefits
- Support sales activities through product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on promotional activities
- Provide expert clinical/application support, including troubleshooting complex issues
- Support new product launches and contribute to product improvement feedback
- Develop case studies, imaging content, and demonstration portfolios
- Collaborate with teams to support tenders, marketing strategies, and clinical adoption
- Mentor and upskill team members while maintaining advanced clinical expertise
About you:
- Degree qualified in medical imaging or similar
- Clinical experience in Cardiology, Interventional, Angiography and Surgery
- Strong knowledge of angiography systems, cardiac catheter labs, and haemodynamic monitoring
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand
