The User Engagement Professional is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective communication strategies and campaigns for the #UseIT initiative, which aims to promote the use of information technology in various sectors and domains. The #UseIT User Engagement Professional will work closely with the different project teams and Service Owners, the stakeholders, and the target audience to ensure that the project's objectives, activities, and outcomes are communicated clearly, consistently, and persuasively.

Job Definition
1. User Engagement
  • Ensure that the user engagement activities are aligned with the #UseIT vision, mission, values, and Siemens Healthineers branding guidelines.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user engagement plan for IT projects, including online and offline channels, events, and other communication tools.
  • Coordinate and manage the production and dissemination of user engagement materials, such as SharePoint Online news, User Guides, Tips&Tricks, How to’s, videos, etc.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint Online pages, ensuring that they are updated, engaging, and user-friendly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the user engagement activities and provide regular reports and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage user engagement and adoption risks and issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Support the project teams in developing and delivering presentations for BPM Info Sessions.
2. Stakeholder Management
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with Service Owners and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates of user engagement activities for stakeholders (e.g., Leadership Team, Region Heads, Business Partner Managers)
Experience - 3+ Years of experience in IT Communications.
