Working Student (f/m/d) Digitalization at Regulatory Affairs
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 18h/Week
Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support the Digitalization within the Regulatory Affairs department.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will assist with the preparation of documents in a regulatory context.
- You will support the digitalisation of Regulatory Affairs processes, e.g. automating workflows, data maintenance and analysis
- Together with us, you will carry out minor analyses and data processing (e.g. from SAP, SharePoint or product lists)

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently studying natural sciences, engineering, computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree programme
- You are available to us on a long-term basis for at least 1 year
- You have some initial experience with digital tools and data (e.g. simple scripts, Power BI, Excel or SQL databases)
- You have a basic understanding of IT and enjoy familiarising yourself with digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate or databases
Your attributes and skills:
- You have good communication skills in German or English
- You think analytically, work in a structured manner and have an interest in the digitalisation of processes
- You are a team player and demonstrate a structured approach to your work
- You have an interest in regulatory affairs and approval procedures
